OVLC Native Plant Nursery Internship

Are you interested in connecting to your local ecology? Are you curious about biology or environmental science? Are you looking for a paid job to learn important and applicable skills?

The Ojai Valley Land Conservancy partners with The Green Valley Project to provide a paid internship in a native plant nursery. This is an entry level year long program that walks through land conservation and habitat restoration through the lens of nursery work. Day to day, interns work in the nursery at the Ojai Meadows Preserve.

The internship is flexible to accommodate the standard high school student's schedule. Required 4-6 hours a week. When school is in session, work is available after school hours or on Saturdays. During school breaks, schedules may change to working hours between 8am-5pm, Monday to Saturday.
