“Hi, I’m Madison & I’ve always been passionate about nature for as long as I can remember. I have vivid memories of going to the beach and hiking as a kid. I’ve always loved photography, social media, & creating content. Being able to combine content, creation, photography, and my love for nature was something i have always wanted to do. I wanted to get my content out about my love for nature but i never knew how. This Internship was something I have wanted to be apart of for a long time and I’m glad i get to share my content with others, especially about a topic I’m passionate about.” -Madison Jennings

“I have always had a deep rooted love for nature that no doubt started with my family's frequent camping trips up north. Ever since I can remember I have been hiking and fishing with my parents and older sister. Growing up, we spent more time outside than in, and I couldn’t imagine it any other way. The comfort of nature is something I could never live without, which is why I am so excited to be interning with GVP. To have an opportunity to speak for and preserve something as essential as nature and the components that help it survive is incredible” -Summer Frazier

“I'm interested in this internship because it combines two fields I'm passionate about, creativity/art and enviroment. I'm excited to learn the process of producing a music video and see our work displayed in a musuem! This is a unique and fun way to spread awareness regarding enviromental issues.” -Elizabeth Ramsay

“I’ve done a lot of environmental work and education through organizations such as Boy Scouts and Trackers. I’m very interested in helping the environment and actively pursue opportunities to be able to do so, especially ones involving the arts!” -Lucas Halbrook

“I joined the Green Valley Project to combine my passion for art with my desire to protect the planet. I believe that there is no better place to begin building a sustainable future than in our own town of Ojai” -Sera Kwon
